Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy governs the processing, dispatch, and delivery of both physical supplements and digital coaching plans purchased through Natural Building Fitness.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

• Physical Supplements: All orders for physical products are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24-48 business hours after order confirmation and payment verification.
• Digital Coaching Plans: Custom diet and workout plans are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or email. Your custom plan will be dispatched within 48-72 hours after we receive your fully completed assessment form.

2. Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

Delivery times within Pakistan typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your specific city and location. Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated or waived based on current bundle promotions. Any specific delivery charges will be clearly communicated during the WhatsApp order confirmation process.

3. Courier Liability & Lost Packages

Natural Building Fitness partners with reputable third-party logistics and courier companies. Once a package is handed over to the courier, we are not liable for unprecedented delays caused by weather, strikes, or third-party logistical errors. In the event of a lost package, we will launch an official investigation in coordination with the courier company and ensure a resolution is reached (either a replacement or refund).

4. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to our facility because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the customer failed to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fees before the order is dispatched again.
