1. Physical Supplements (Natural Burner & Belly Mine)

Unopened and factory-sealed physical supplements may be returned within the first three (3) days of the confirmed delivery date for a refund. Because our premium supplements require specific environmental storage conditions to maintain maximum efficacy and safety, any return requests made after this strict 3-day window cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

The customer is solely responsible for paying all upfront courier shipping costs to return the product. Once the returned product is received and officially inspected by our facility to ensure the seal is intact, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment or via bank transfer within 7-14 business days.

2. 1-Month Target Guarantee (Coaching Plans)

We stand behind our coaching protocols. If you enroll in our 3-Month Value Plan, strictly follow all certified nutrition protocols, perform mandatory weekly check-ins without fail, and do not experience a visible improvement in body fat, waist metrics, or energy levels within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund of your enrollment fee.

Please note that 100% full adherence to the provided program is strictly required to qualify for this guarantee. We track compliance through your weekly check-in forms and WhatsApp communications.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or unsealed physical supplements.
  • Digital coaching plans and customized diet formulations (unless qualifying for the 1-Month Target Guarantee).
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or given as free supplements in bundle offers.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed through your payment gateway, credit card provider, or bank will be immediately contested with proof of service, delivery, and communication logs. We strongly encourage all clients to reach out to our WhatsApp support team first to resolve any concerns amicably and efficiently.
